Fantastic dentist I was told by another that I had 2 cavities and four deep pockets for cleaning. Hundreds of dollars after insurance. I was suspicious and went here for another opinion. They fit me in right away, did X-rays and a cleaning and found no issues and made sure I was all fine until my next visit. Honesty, transparency and kindness, had to find these days but it’s here

I needed a new DDS somewhere in the Pleasant Hill area, so I spent a few hours researching. I selected Dr Yi, based on the fact she was one DDS in an office (vs a conglomerate), and her web page was impressive with her schooling and background. I decided to change dentists recently and selected Pleasant Hill Wellness based on Welp reviews and location. I had my first appointment last week (9/14/2022) and discovered a dental office that was not a chain, didn't have multiple dentists, simply Dr. Yi and her staff, who are all friendly and competent. She examined my teeth and we agreed on a schedule going forward. The gums that my previous dentist said were so bad I had to have periodontal cleanings three times a year are doing well according to Dr. Yi. I am so glad I connected with Pleasant Hill Wellness and encourage anyone looking for a dentist tocheck them out.

This is a follow-up review. My elderly mother has visited this office twice since the first encounter. I am glad to report that Dr. Yi's staff is consistently friendly, caring, and efficient. As far as Dr. Yi is concerned, I cannot say enough good things about her. She is the perfect blend of top-notch surgical skills and compassion. Pleasant Hill Wellness and Dental is a jewel.

Dr Yi and her staff are extremely professional and attentive. My elderly mother's 1st visit was very productive and positive. Mom's multi-stepped treatment plan was very carefully explained. I will update this review in the future.
