Pleasant Hill Pediatrics

My sister and I have seen Dr. Ware & Smith since a very young age. Now all children in our family even our cousins go to Pleasant Hill. Both doctors are amazing in their own ways. Dr. Smith has a quirky demeanor that seems to ease children while Dr. Ware is very calm and gentle in tone which also helps ease a child’s apprehension. I love to see Dr. Smith for our sick visits because he’s always been spot on with diagnosing! Dr. Ware is my favorite for check ups because she provides excellent knowledge on growth and development and eased my first time mom anxiety every visit or on call message. For the comments stating the reception staff are awful. I have to disagree. There was one woman who I felt needed an attitude adjustment and she has since left. Finding a new ped after Dr Smith misdiagnosed our child and prescribed an antibiotic she didn’t need. After an ER visit the same night as her sick apt she’s thankfully doing much better. This was about the fifth issue we’ve had and the last straw with this office. I will say his bedside manner and overall knowledge made us stay as long as we did. But overall, Would not recommend.

Doctors and staff are phenomenal - best pediatricians in the South Shore!!! Very friendly, kind, professional, understanding, caring! Colorful, clean, and kid-friendly themed patient rooms. Location is easy access off the highway. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended!!!

I am a first time father. No idea what to expect from a doctor. This places makes me very comfortable with anything I had in my mind as far as suggestions and questions. They are very safe, clean and friendly. I will definitely suggest this place to any person who's looking for a pediatrician.

My children (3 under 5 yo) have been patients here since they were 1 week old; they see Dr Ware and Dr Smith (both are friendly, professional and caring). My children are treated with respect and great care here, highly recommend this pedi office!
