Pediatric Associates of Brockton

I went here as a kid and now I bring my child here, Dr Chung is his provider and we've had nothing but good experiences. There's an online portal where you can send the provider or nurses messages (if non-urgent) and they get back quickly at least so far in my experiences. Dr. Chung is awesome, straight to the point and very knowledgeable when it comes to milk allergies. We've also seen the NP Kayleen a few times and she's also been great.

I have been coming to this drs office for well over 25 years , Which was once in Hanson and they moved to west bridgwater. This office is so out of my way but thought it would be nice to stay with The same pediatricians office my daughter once went to and they were always on time never late well maybe 10 minute but not this 45 min to an hour. WELL I REALLY WISH I DIDN'T stay here I drive a half hour to get here and yes ALWAYS on time IF NOT EARLY !!!! To be put in a room for well over and hour . For a simple med. Check for my son !!!! I would walk out if my son didn’t need these meds but this could be a tele-health so no one is put out of their way waiting around because my time is just as valuable as theirs, but they don’t seem to understand this so if I have to be on time

Caring staff and doctors but wait times are worst like 30 to 45 min or more even with an appointment.

I was little late do to accident on the road. And I was about 9 min late and the lady upfront started giving me attitude and yelling at me front of my kids. I am sorry but I Don't need this in my life. I have no room or time for place like this. I will be finding new doctors for my kids ASAP.

Dr. Chung is AMAZING doctor to my children and he always listen to our concerns and answer questions. Also I love how he plays with them & never dismissed us without making sure we all set. The communication with the Staff, nurses & Dr. Chung is always amazing. Also not forgotten to mention that on call Dr & staff are NOT HARD TO REACH. Definitely RECOMMEND DR. CHUNG & his staff/Co-workers. For us it's a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
