Plaza Optical Express

Great Experience. My Son surprised me for Mother's Day with a visit from Texas. My Son lost his glasses. He had brought an extra pair but the prescription was not strong enough for driving etc. My Son had his current prescription card along with him. A woman at Plaza Optical Express made him another pair of glasses in about half an hour. He was elated with the FINE, FAST AND ACCURATE EMERGENCY SERVICE he was able to get at Plaza Optical Express. I had used Plaza Optical for my own last pair of glasses. I picked out a "budget" pair of frames and they fitted my glasses with "thinner than normal lenses" (I have a strong prescription). I am VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED with my glasses and service from Plaza Optical.

Friendly service, liked the staff, the eye doctor was chill. It's a little run down with older equipment, but for the pricing and staff its worth it and I'd recommend them to friends and family. A good budget minded option, and they even had frames for my sized head(I'm a very large man with a big head so not many frames can fit me)

Cousin Went in for eye exam lens was dirty and she let them know and the person doing the exam said that it didn’t matter. IT DOES matter to determine prescription, stgmatism etc. I called back and asked for dr and she said dr doesn’t take calls or calls back. I explained the situation and asked for refund or new eye exam and she said she has been doing this for 30 years and that I did not understand the job. Asked her to have dr call me and she said he does not go that. Not getting glasses with an incorrect prescription.

The digital lenses are amazing. Best prices around. Staff are helpful and friendly. I will never buy glasses from a large chain eyewear store again. Well worth a trip to check out and ask about all they offer!

I so wish I didn't have to give this place a star. Owner is an uncooperative. arrogant, unfriendly, know-it-all. I could give all the details, but I'll spare myself the retelling. Just please, whatever you do, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS PLACE! HE should be closed down and am surprised to know that a person like this can remain in business in an area known for kindness, helpfulness, and wonderful customer service.
