Got a sling for my daughter, staff was super helpful and already had the sling ready and waiting when I got there, her Dr had called in the order.

Joey is useless as a wet sock. Girls up front are super nice and try to do their job but this guy seems to make it impossible. Caught him in a flat out lying and he hung up on me!! Very professional

Lady gave us a wheelchair. Never thought to check # against powk. Took it back and lady took it back. Told her the padding was messed up from where my son also had a cast on his arm she said no problem we will fix it no big deal. Then get a call from a guy saying to come back bc that's not the wheelchair we got and we must have switched it out somewhere else and brought back wrong one and had to pay $105 for it order the cops called and charges pressed. Went back the lady lied and claimed th as t wasn't the one she gave I'm guessing to save her job or whatever. Would not recommend using them and everyone I know will know.. Not trustworthy people if they are going to lie.

Joey went above and beyond! He was able to get me a new CPAP the next day! Unbelieveable! He demonstrated genuine human compassion and knowledge to help with a serious matter. Through him, PD Speciality Care is offering what the competition is not! Thank you Joey!

I love this hometown pharmacy and more, they have always been so compassionate and very caring about just filling your prescriptions,to me its the best place in London to feel confident your working with people who care about customers.
