Kentucky Urgent Care ( London)

The medical assistant was so good with both of my sons! My youngest was really nervous and she was so patient and made him feel very comfortable. The doctor was really great with him as well and even made him laugh. They listened and took time to answer any question we had. We greatly appreciated the care we received here. We were sent back to be seen very quickly. It was by far the best urgent care visit we’ve ever had.

It's really 0 stars I was seen but not examined. I told the lady I was caughting up yellow gunk. She said that color does not mean you have infection .I was told I had a virus that was going around and was not offered any medication. I went later that day to a MD. He said I had a infection and he gave me two different antibiotics that he called in to Walgreen. I could tell I was better the next day . Within 2 day a lot better. . My wife had the same bug when she went to London Urgent Care. Just days before I did with same symptoms and was given antibiotics . My wife and I will not be back to London Urgent Care in the future.

Great Urgent Care center. Highly recommend this facility. Always respectful caring, great environment. Minimal wait times. Excellent doctors. I love the male doctor. Have seen him most of my appointments. Quickly get you in and out if possible. Can be very busy at times but still no horrible wait time. I highly recommend them. My always go to urgent care

Had such a great experience at Kentucky Urgent Care! I was in and out in about 15 minutes, which is amazing. The staff was super friendly and made everything really easy and comfortable. Definitely one of the best urgent care visits I’ve ever had!

I have visited this office several times and have ALWAYS had wonderful service. The check in girls have always been polite , then who ever takes you back to so BP checks and all are always so nice and the doctors are wonderful!! I usually see the male Dr he nor the female Dr I have seen in the past neither have never once failed to fulfill the need whatever it may be! Highly recommend!!
