Plattsburgh Dental Plaza

My regular dentist was retiring, before he did so we took xrays of my teeth to have them extracted. I have two teeth were the nerve is exposed. I scheduled my apt in the middle of June 2025. I got in for my apt on Aug 4 2025 where we took more xrays. I was told before I left that they needed to get prior authorization to extract my teeth. I asked how long this would take as I have reoccurring abscess. They stated usually 30days and they would call me back to schedule to surgery when they received authorization. It is now January 26, 2026 and no one has called me back or extracted my tooth.... I have called repeatedly only to be sent to voicemail and no call back... highly disappointed as the reviews have seemed to be glowing lately....

I at first got nervous by there bad reviews. But if you notice there all older reviews. I went today and had four teeth removed and I waited 5 years because of my fear of having them removed only. When meeting Dr young she is very professional and very sweet. She promised I wouldn’t have any pain and her promise was dead on. I’m so overly pleased and my only regret was waiting for this easy process to get finished and over with. Hands down if your looking for oral surgery this is the place.

I went there on the 25th of August of 2025. This is now the 31st of August of 2025 and I am able to eat food and some of my stitches have already dissolved and I feel great. I never felt anything he did a wonderful job. They treated me with respect. There was no yelling. They treated me with kindness and told me to take good care of myself. They were the best dentists I've ever been to. The gave me the injection and they did the procedure. They talked to me throughout the procedure and I was what to go home. I had no problems, no other extra bleeding. No, nothing, no pain. Whatsoever didn't have to take any kind of pain pills. They set me a rent to use twice a day. It works great.I'm doing wonderful and I appreciate everything they've done for me.

Very apprehensive when it comes to dentist. Had to have a teeth extracted. I went in, out to sleep and woke up like I had just closed my eyes for 10 mins. Pain is very minimal. Dr Young was fantastic!!!
