Totally professional and worth every penny. Both of my puppies have been here to be neutered/spayed- they've had zero complications or issues post op. The price I was charged was so much less than what my vet wanted. That says a lot. Make donations to support this business they're helping control the pet population and deserve your support.

We had an excellent experience with Planned PEThood of Georgia. Our regular vet quoted us over $1,200 to have our dog neutered, so we did some research and discovered this incredible nonprofit organization. We’re so glad we did. From the start, the pre-op instructions were clear and thorough, which helped ease our nerves. Drop-off day was smooth and efficient. The staff were organized, welcoming, and clearly prepared for a busy day of surgeries. Everything went seamlessly, and the procedure itself went very well. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to pick our dog up earlier than expected. I’d give Planned Pethood negative stars if I could!! DO NOT RECOMMEND Don’t be fooled! At Planned Pethood Low Cost = Lower Quality and absolutely zero accountability or assistance after surgery. Nothing but a chop shop. We emailed Planned Pethood photos on Thursday noticing his scrotum swollen and filling with fluid and beginning to harden into a hematoma and were told “watch for swelling (it was in the photo). If it gets worse go to an emergency vet. We’re closed Friday - Sunday”. If I hadn’t taken off work Monday and physically walked into Planned Pethood him and a hematoma that had moved deep into his thigh and up his shaft I wouldn’t have seen anyone. They took amazing care of my Roscoè while he was getting fixed, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The staff was kind, attentive, and made sure he was comfortable throughout the process. We’re definitely coming back with our other pup, Sugar, to take advantage of the other great services they offer!

I was disappointed to find that the experience did not meet my expectations. Be cautious of the $35 booking fee, which is non-refundable if you arrive late or fail to show up. Additional services will incur extra charges on top of the initial payment. I brought in my rescue cat for spaying and vaccination, but they incorrectly read the rabies shot due date, stating it wasn't due until 2026. Furthermore, I was charged $13 for an e-collar, which was not provided after the surgery, resulting in my cat repeatedly licking the surgical site. Although the veterinary services were good, I felt ripped off. Despite our best efforts to care for animals while we are in a difficult situation, this establishment prioritizes business over animals. I hope no one is in the same problems as me. I regret rec
