Plainfield Eye Care

We have been patients at Plainfield Eye Care for a few years and continue to receive great care! The front desk staff, technicians and doctors are always friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. We have purchased glasses and contacts from them and they always make sure that we are satisfied with the fit offering to make adjustments as needed with compassionate understanding. We highly recommend this office!

I was beyond satisfied with my experience at this practice. I had been struggling with up close computer work and my previous pair of glasses. They worked to help me find a solution that has made my workday so much more comfortable. I appreciate their suggestions and expertise. Definitely will be a return patient.

My husband had an ocular emergency today and they handled everything so smoothly for us. We were not patients there when we woke up today but we sure now. They answered by text before they even were open today. They also went above and beyond in service, treatment, and followup care. They also have provided free service to low income individuals in the past. I strongly recommend this place!

They do have a wide selection of frames. When I first went there, there were a few issues. I was later invited back to visit about the issues by the office manager. I met with her at length and with the doctor. The manager personally addressed my issues, including order new lens for my glasses. Based on their responses I have raised my review rating from 2 to 4 starts.

Plainfield Eye Care has been my family's provider for eye care for over 30 years and their staff has always been very customer attentive and professional even after the original doctors retired. Their facility is clean, spacious and well lit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a family eye doctor.
