Placentia Linda Pharmacy

Placentia Linda Pharmacy has incompetent staff. I paid for my mom's xeralto Monday they were suppose to delivery it Wed and just never showed up. Now my mom has no xeralto until Monday. These are prescriptions that seniors need or they may have consequences. HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH AND SO FLAKEY. I have asked them to refil same pills everyone month and I have to call to remind them of refills evey month. HORRIBLE

Extremely rude on the phone. I got my prescription through good rx and it listed them so I went here because it was closest. They then refused my coupon and said they don’t work with goodrx which is strange because then how would they get my prescription filled? Absolute terrible customer service on the phone and in person. Woman working there was not helpful in any way

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! They deserve negative 5 stars! They illegally authorize prescriptions without people knowing. They just delivered medicine without my knowledge or authorization and refuse to take the medicine back which is stupid because I never asked for it. Now I have to complain and call the insurance to handle this huge mess. They said they received the information from the primary doctor’s office which is a huge VIOLATION OF HIPAA! Please STAY AWAY!! Please report them or complain to your insurance if something similar has happened…do NOT support this terrible business

Normal hours are from 9:30am to 6pm yet I have been trying to reach someone there since 9:30am and keep getting the message that noone is available and messages are full. I really need to refill my prescriptions.
