From the moment, I walked into the office i was greeted professionally. The doctor was so outstanding and did a such a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this practice.

I am terrified of going to the dentist because of past experiences but “Gentle Dental” has made me much more at ease. The dentist listens to me and she goes at my pace- even though I’m demanding and monopolize her time. She stays with me with a smile and much patience! It was painless. That has never happened to me in any dentist office - “Gentle Dental” and everyone that works there from the front to the techs, to the doctor is amazing.

I scheduled an appointment with them, when I made the appointment, I let them know I am pregnant. Well, when I got there, they took me back and let me know they won’t be cleaning my teeth until I have a clearance from my OBGYN. Then a woman who looked into my mouth for less than 30 seconds and stated I had cavities. I just feel like that was a total waste of time, For them and me. This is not my first pregnancy and I know how critical dental hygiene is during pregnancy. I have never been denied a cleaning due to a pregnancy. I went to another office where they cleaned my teeth and reported back, no cavities. Additionally, please be vigilant when consenting to their online forms. The staff was welcoming and very thorough in dealing with the insurance documentation. Dr William was very consider and went out of her way to make sure I understood every step of the procedures she recommended.
