Pivotal Physical Therapy & Mobility

Nick’s practice has a feel that’s more like a home than a doctor’s office. Isabella greets patients with a smile. I had the pleasure of working with Nick a couple of times but most of my therapy was done by Jeanette, she is great. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her and am doing very well with strength and range of motion. I’ll miss them all! I highly recommend Pivotal therapy for all your pt needs!

I moved back to Pensacola at the beginning of summer in 2025 and I was so nervous I wouldn’t be able to find another Physical Therapist that would be able to help me, but thankfully my husband came across Pivotal Physical Therapy! Nick and his team there are so wonderful, kind, and really let you be in charge of your appointment. I’m terrified of needles and have found that dry needling is one of the only things that really alleviates by back and he has been so kind and patient with me every time I’ve been in to see him. Very respectful and caring establishment and definitely worth your visit! Highly recommend!

Our experience at Pivotal Physical Therapy has been exceptional at each visit. My husband and I have both had the great fortune to be cared for by Nick. Everyone in the office is professional and pleasant and welcoming. Isabella, the receptionist, is delightful. Lucy, the newest physical therapist is great. I am a family physician and I refer my patients to Nick and Lucy . I know they will be in good hands.

The staff are all very friendly. And they seem to work well together. Also I like their no or low pain approach. My first hip replacement was a breeze but this second one has been difficult. And the staff have all been very understanding and helpful. And getting access to them was much quicker than the other place insurance tried to send me. I'm very happy to have found them. I do however hope to not need their service on a regular basis. In the event I need physical therapy again I Will definitely be back. Ty guys so much for your great Care

There’s so many different PT offices to choose from but I am happy I found Pivotal. Everyone at the office is very friendly and professional. Great communication, I was able to call and text to coordinate scheduling. My physical therapist Nick explained all the different treatments that we were doing in detail to help me understand the benefits and what I can expect. I’ve only been a few times, but I’ve already noticed positive changes regarding my pain and my tension. Medical appointments can be a bit stressful and overwhelming, but this is definitely an appointment that I look forward to thanks to the people that work there!
