Staff is rude, unprofessional, and they lack effective communication skills. Processes are outdated and they don’t utilize the latest technologies to communicate with medical providers. They do not provide pill packs, nor do they offer delivery, which is an inconvenience to the local senior community. Seniors are forced to make several trips weekly because they’re always out-of-stock. New management is strongly suggested.
They are always ready to help and go out of their way to make sure you're covered. They call to let you know your refills are ready! And I love the drive through..
