I have always had a pleasant visit here. Everyone is so professional and timely. I never have to wait long for my appointment. Renae Price and the rest of the staff is absolutely amazing.

The WORST emergency room experience I’ve ever had. My grandmother came in on an ambulance for possibility of having a stroke. She was there for 6 hours in a room with extremely high blood pressure, having passed out prior to arriving. The nurse NEVER checked on her and caught an attitude when she asked for assistance to the bathroom. She was never given any fluids, food, or IV and blood work was taken 2 hours before she left. We were never given any results or an update until she was transferred to ECU Health Beaufort. I had to leave while she was still at Bertie, so I asked the nurse at the nurses station to contact me with updates or any changes. I was not notified that she had been transferred to ECU Health Beaufort until AFTER she arrived there. I was never notified that she was going

Staff acted like it was a pain when I asked questions about my new meds and when I would start them. The one nurse got upset and I got upset and she did nothing to help calm me down she just kept talking over me. Said she was doing charts. How was supposed to know. They tell you not to get up and even put an alarm on the bed. But when I ask to get up and go the bathroom you get dirty looks. I try to be a good patient but these people need to tighten up. I have been very sick for months and came here for help and have been made to feel like a problem, or that I just gave them a reason to pick on me. I deal with multiple medical issues I don't play when it comes to my health and mental health. Not sure if I'll recommend this place to anyone, hate it to cause there are some good people here.

I didn’t have to wait long at all for my procedure. Both staff members for the mammogram and ultrasound were very polite and professional.

This is Eunice Man giving feedback on my experience at ECU Health. I had a good experience, my infusions and meds were giving in a timely manner. I liked that!
