I use Pioneer Health for a medication that needs to be compounded. They've always been incredibly helpful and attentive. When I moved out of Connecticut, I continued to use them and have my prescription mailed to my new address. The Friday before Thanksgiving this year I ran out of my prescription. I guess I had been distracted and forgot to refill it. I called Pioneer Friday morning and spoke to Kyra. I explained I had run out that morning and was wondering if there was a possibility they could get it to me before Thanksgiving. I assumed best case scenario would be that I could get my prescription on Wednesday, but was bracing for the possibility it would arrive the Monday after Thanksgiving because of shipping/mailing offices being closed for the holiday.
