From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel completely comfortable. The doctor who performed my procedure was so calm, professional, and reassuring. I was really nervous going in, but they took the time to explain everything clearly and helped ease my anxiety right away. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed. I appreciated the clear pre opp and post opp care instructions, and the text messages they send out with instructions and directions to there office. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative - walked us through the entire process and made an uncomfortable situation (wisdom teeth removal) as good as possible.

Had 4 wisdom teeth removed, and it's day 4 now. Very smooth surgery within 1hr for all 4 full bony teeth and no pain under the laughing gas. Checked back on day 2 and replied all my messages in minutes. Would recommend to everyone.
