Always a great experience when coming to Eastshore pediatrics. Front desk is very welcoming. Hugo was very nice and efficient with getting the kids prepared. Jennifer was so friendly and has a lot of patience with the kids. She has a great way of explaining the process with my kids. Dr. Kim is amazing. I brought all three of my kids at once but the staff made it smooth. Overall, staff is lovely.

This office is a hidden gem. My daughter needed anesthesia to have 20 cavities treated, and Eastshore was able to provide care at Kaiser Hospital since they are one of the few providers privileged to treat children there. The best part was that the surgery was completely covered by my Kaiser medical insurance. Another local dentist had referred me to a clinic in San Jose where I would have paid over $2,000 for anesthesia, so I am incredibly grateful my pediatrician referred me to Eastshore instead. Initially, I was nervous about my child having surgery at a hospital. However, Dr. Kim explained that a full team of pediatric-trained anesthesiologists and nurses would be there to ensure her safety. Eastshore pediatric dental group is such a great place to take your child for any dental services. The staff are so incredibly nice! They do a wonderful job cleaning my sons’s teeth and they make sure to keep you updated with appointments and provide your child tools to help your child continue to have good brushing habits. Like for example they always give out toothbrushes and toothpaste. They’re so awesome!

We been coming to Eastshore for almost 10yrs and love the staff, they’re friendly, and nice to the kids. They provide reassurance and always explained why flossing is important which my kids struggle with. The office decor is always so thoughtful and welcoming, really appreciated! Eastshore Pediatrics was recommend by our pediatrician and we haven’t been anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and the facility is clean. I love that they explain everything they are doing to the kids. My kids are always happy leaving. Dr. Thea and Dr. Kim are amazing.
