Pinnacle Physical Therapy

I used to look forward to attending Pinacle PT. Their assistants are welcomig and Jamie had been wonderful, sans adding extra 'r's to my name so that he could roll it. No clue why, as an Asian American whose name has all sorts of not Asian roots, but I'm aware friends love adding a Latino twist to anything brown. (I had to speak up several times for my name to be said normal like, and the change did not occur till another staff member put him on the spot with jokes). Anywho. I really struggled when Jamie left because I'd been passed around between three attending physical therapists due to their turn over rate. From the moment I walked into Pinnacle Physical Therapy, I felt comfortable and cared for. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere, but what really makes it stand out is the team—and especially Physical Therapist David. David makes physical therapy feel approachable while still getting great results. He listens, explains things clearly, and adjusts each session to fit your needs. I never felt rushed or pushed too far, just guided at a pace that worked for me. With small adjustments or simple exercises, he can completely change how something feels. My recovery has been smoother than I expected, and I credit that to his thoughtful approach. During January I attended Pinnacle Physical Therapy for pre surgical strengthening when finding out I tore my ACL. They have been nothing but mindful and accepting throughout this long process. After a long extensive past few months, it is great to be back at my peak physical level after ACL and Meniscus reconstruction surgery. Couldn’t have done it with the great physical therapist that work at Pinnacle! Thanks to them I’m look for a great soccer season in the spring and college later on! Absolutely, 100% recommend this establishment!

Edit: I did not mistake Pinnacle with another clinic. WILD response to my review! Since my review, I noticed another poor review was left. Maybe the owners should take a good look at themselves instead of blaming their patients. There are four reasons for my review. 1. this place reeks of mold. 2. Bad communication with the staff. 3. Billing errors 4. Over promising, under delivering with inadequate therapy plan. Better pt can and should be found elsewhere.
