Ran into look for ear plugs and sleep mask. The earplugs were very easy to find; however, the sleep mask was not. I ended up waiting for a cashier and asked where they were. When we were all set with what we needed, we used self checkout.
CVS orange, VA were amazing! They tried my insurance and it still came up $1100. They assisted me with the manufacture coupon and it cost me $0. That’s customer service! As I was leaving out the door, a customer did not have his care plus card. So I felt compelled to let him use mine. I believe in paying it forward! CVS came through for me when my husband contacted COVID! Thank you CVS Orange, VA Pharmacy!
Very friendly, I usually call early morning and ask them to expedite my prescriptions so my daughter can pick them up without waiting. They are always friendly and call me within about 15 minutes to assure me they will be ready. Thank you Orange CVS!!!
This CVS is great! After having a very bad experience at another CVS location this store renewed my faith in the company’s customer service. Prompt service, friendly staff and they ANSWER thier pharmacy phone.
The person who waited on me on drive thru was quick, easy and made sure I didn’t have questions.
