Pinnacle Dermatology

Would love to say services are wonderful but cannot. Since Aug., they have cancelled a total of eight appts. My initial appt was rescheduled four times. Finally they kept my appt, saw me and took bloodwork. Havent seen them since. My follow up has been rescheduled four more times putting me months out from the original appt. No clue if the Drs are good or not because they must not need to work. Im generally easy going but this is simply ridiculous.

I had an appointment with the fantastic Renata Creed at Pinnacle Dermatology. I’ve never had a more thorough or informative dermatology appointment. Renata is top notch, caring, extremely knowledgeable and professional. And she is so personable, has great bedside manner. I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology!

Dr. Lilly is ALWAYS amazing to take such incredibly thorough care of me as a patient! She sincerely cares about my concerns and/or symptoms and treats me accordingly. I trust her wholeheartedly and refer her consistently to my friends and my family! I walk out of her office feeling so much better than when I walked in!

The surgical results were great. I had keloid removal on both ears along with minor earlobe reconstruction, and my ears still look amazing two years later. The results were also supported by radiation at my local hospital for best outcomes. Unfortunately, my experience with billing has been extremely frustrating. My surgery was in October 2023, and I’m still being billed in November 2025. Days before surgery, I got a call saying I owed over $1,000, which was surprising since my procedure had been scheduled months earlier. I was out of the country but paid so I could move forward with the surgery. Then in January 2024, I was contacted again about a $100 balance that apparently got “left off.” By the time I returned their call, it had already gone to collections, which I paid immediately.

Great and relaxing atmosphere, I have been going to Pinnacle Dermatology and Plastic Surgery for almost three years now. The providers there are amazing and very attentive to the needs and concerns of their patients. Always available when you have questions and concerns even outside of the office. I am personally grateful for them and what they do. They have truly helped me through my process of being able to lose weight, gain confidence in myself and understanding how to better take care of me and my body. Love to all the providers and medical assistance at Pinnacle, you are all amazing at what you do.
