Pinnacle Dental Care (Dental Work NY)

I had a terrible experience with dentist Dr.Colleen Loftus DMD .On 04/16/2024 I went to the dentist because my general dentist needed to fill out a clearance form that I needed to take to the Orthodontics in order for me to be able to get braces. She was nice and professional during the visit. I gave her the form and she filled it out. She mark off the part on the form requirements that's states that I am clear of untreated oral disease that may make orthodontic treatment unsuccessful. I went to the orthodontist afterwards and I gave the orthodontist the form that Dr.Colleen sign and stated that I don't have gum disease and that I am clear for braces. I got my braces on that day. After 9 months of me having braces the orthodontist gives me a referral to see a gum specialist. The second wee

DONT GO HERE I REPEAT DON'T GO HERE I REPEAT AGAIN DON'T GO HERE, THE FRONT DESK RECEPTION AMANDA IS VERY NASTY AND RUDE, SHE SCHEDULE ME FOR A APPOINTMENT THAT I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT AND THEN GET NASTY WITH ME OVER THE PHONE, THEN WHEN I CAME TO THE OFFICE TO TALK ABOUT WHAT SHE DID SHE TRIED TO DISMISS ME, I TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO REPORT HER FOR THE WAY SHE WAS ACTING AND SHE GOING TO BE FUNNY AND SAY TO WHO, SO I CALLED MY INSURANCE TO CHANGE MY DENTIST AND REPORT HER, IF I CAN GAVE THIS DENTIST A NEGATIVE NUMBER I WOULD. P.S. THE ONLY REASON THEY HAVE SO MANY GOOD REVIEWS IS BECAUSE THEY TELL YOU GAVE US A GOOD REVIEW AND WE WILL GAVE YOU A FREE GIFT, THE GUY REALLY TAKE MY PHONE A GAVE DENTAL WORK A 5 STAR BECAUSE THEY ARE NEW AND THEY WANNA BUILD UP THEY RATING SO THATS HOW THEY GET P

I’ve been to this dentist for two years now. The dentist who did my root canal was amazing unfortunately for me to even get it done I had to wait 4 hours, even with appointments. This is consistent at this point. I had mad an appointment for an annual cleaning and still with an appointment I’m waiting more than an hour, had to reschedule more than twice. They keep overbooking and expecting people to wait. Please don’t put people for certain times and you have numerous people ahead. The times rolls over to others intended appointment. Too many times I had to reschedule, completely ridiculous! I’m never going back .

They had me here for 4 hours. Never was seen. I had other things to do with my time. Just another hole in the wall spot in the Bronx. Atmosphere is just small and busy full of other side gigs bunched into one small spot. Incredibly disappointing experience. I truly tried to have patience. I left respectfully.

Saw dr G today, I was pleasantly surprised on how gentle she was. She did some fillings and I didn't even feel anything. The staff was so patient with me . I had my son and they were so helpful. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Great service
