Dr Ali is the best! She is super attentive, knowledgeable and a very confident dentist. I got my cavities filled. The process was smooth but due to bone loss, my teeth were sensitive for a while. I went back to check in with her regarding the issue and she was super helpful and observant. With her advice, I was able to manage the sensitivity by keeping a habit of proper dental hygiene and the sensitivity subsided, which saved me the money I would have spent on surgeries like root canals.

The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. I highly recommend. Dr Musica Ali is great wonderful very patient explained the procedure I was getting.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsibility at this dental clinic. I scheduled an appointment for both of my children over a month ago for July 17th at 9:30 AM. We waited patiently for this appointment, only to be told upon arrival that we were never on the schedule. The next available appointment offered was not until September. This is completely unacceptable. Both of my children have been regular patients at this clinic, and I expected much better treatment. It’s frustrating and upsetting to be treated with such disregard, especially after being loyal patients for so long. I will be seriously reconsidering our choice of dental care going forward.

Pinewood Dental has the best, most friendly and professional staff office staff, Hygienist, and of course Dentists. I always make sure my appointments are with Dr. Durante, if possible. It's like having a friend work on your teeth and she's kind of funny too. Darlene and all the assistant staff are always happy and make you feel very welcome. From the minute you walk in the door, Michelle and Mackenzie pleasantly greet you. The entire Medical Group is top notch as I have had appointments with several dentist. Close by and painless!! Thanks for being there!!
