5 Star all the way! Staff is wonderful. I'm impressed with almost everyone I have contact with. They care about their patients, are conscientious & kind. They have made a very difficult decision easier.

“Joy” who answers the phones is anything but. Very rude, disrespectful, and zero empathy. As the face of the organization, it gives little hope for the facility itself.

My grandmother is living here now and they take good care of her. They have events for her to attend daily, every room has a window, and there is lots of space to sit or walk outside. Everytime I visit, her room is clean. The nurses always seem very busy so you might need to be patient if you need to ask them something. Sometimes I wonder if they have enough staff but I wonder that of any hospital or care facility.

Not a good system for when residents need help. Once help button is pushed it takes as long as 20 minutes. If an emergency, staff would never know. Should use hospital type systems to at least ask them what they need. Also, most staff look unhappy. Not a lot of smiling faces there

My mom Donna Kelly had pancreatic cancer & came home from tn to olean to see her sisters. Unfortunately she became very I'll & was admitted to the pines & passed there. Highly recommend this facility! Staff was sooo wonderful to her & us through this difficult time. Thank you sooo much!!
