WellNow Urgent Care

It’s wonderful to be able to get medical help on weekends or when you can’t get into the doctor’s office on short notice. I have had to go to WellNow Urgent Care for myself and for my children. The check-in process is quick and efficient. The office staff are kind and respectful. Plus the medical professionals have been thorough and responsive to mine and my children’s needs. I highly recommend them.

I was able to call ahead ... was seen by friendly, professional staff within 15 minutes of my time slot...left with a remedy for my issues. Would absolutely recommend and am 100% sure I will return if I ever need to be seen quickly. Beats the 4-hour wait at the local ER...but it's because the were overwhelmed with sick and injured at the time). Kudos to WellNow!

Matt Ring is not only a phenomenal physician, but also a wonderful human being. His bedside manner is unmatched and his genuine love of medicine is evident in the way he interacts with even his smallest patients (one being my 7 month old daughter). All of the staff present on 1/8/2026 were top notch! Despite a disturbance in the waiting room that needed OPD to the scene, they never skipped a beat and remained completely calm, collected and professional. It was refreshing to see multiple staff members stepping up, regardless of whose patient is whose, to deliver the best patient experience possible. I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. Both Matt Ring and Macy were truly wonderful. They were friendly, kind, patient, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely cared for. The nurse who took my vitals was also very professional and caring, and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. I’m grateful for their professionalism and compassion. Thank you!!

I have always great experiences. I was at the er for 2 hours before I considered going to well now. I made the decision to go hoping I would be seen faster. From the time I checked in until the time I left I was only at wellnow for approximately 35mins with a prescription for my illness. Exactly what I was hoping for.
