Pine Ridge Pharmacy

I have been using Pine Ridge Pharmacy now for several years, my review is long overdue-I just went to the drive through where surprisingly there were 3(which there is hardly ever that many) people in front of me, the young lady came out in the ugly cold before I got to the window to ask my name so she could have it ready by the time I got to the window! Absolutely unheard of from the chain pharmacy’s! I can’t say enough about their staff and their customer service! I always get a text from them on my birthday, and have even received a “Happy Birthday” personally when I went inside on my birthday on a few occasions! They are always willing to listen and work with you on any unique issues that can arise with medicine, extremely prompt, and an overall positive experience every time. A breath

Pineridge Pharmacy is the hometown pharmacy that I thought was extinct! They have been kind, understanding, and so empathetic to my situation, and I am completely new to them. I was previously with CVS where I couldn’t even get anyone to answer my phone calls and honestly just felt like a number not a human. At Pineridge Pharmacy, not only do they answer their phone, they initiate calls to you if they feel like you might need some help or might require further explanation. They also have a texting option to which they are very attentive, answering in a very timely manner. Amber, specifically, has taken extra steps to make me feel especially cared for, but I have also yet to talk to a single person that is not truly considerate and helpful. I have used Pineridge Pharmacy for 10+ years. Up until a few months ago, the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help. However, this week I was informed that I cannot get just my controlled prescriptions from there and that I have to get my non-controlled prescriptions that I normally get from Express Scripts from there also. In addition, I am going out of town for 12 days tomorrow morning and do not have enough of my sleep meds to get me through the time away. I was told today I could not get them until tomorrow morning when they open at 9 am. I have to leave town at 7:30 am to catch my flight. The recent change in staff is rude and I am very disappointed! What has happened to their customer service? I would like very much to talk to the owner.

Recently switched here after my hometown pharmacy closed unexpectedly. They have made the transition smooth and pleasant. Recently when there was an issue with my son’s prescription Amber went above and beyond to get it fixed. That is NOT something a big box pharmacy would do! Highly recommend them to anyone!

My wife is being treated by a pain management doctor for severe rheumatoid arthritis. She was prescribed 2 common narcotic pain relievers and was told that Pine Ridge pharmacy is a small pharmacy and could not fill her prescriptions because the DEA would come down on them. They filled the exact same prescriptions for her last month. It's too bad because the staff seemed nice and my wife needed a pharmacy closer to home like Pine Ridge. If you need a controlled pain reliever you might have trouble. We did.
