Pine Crest Nursing Home

One of my family member is in there during covid. Was transferred to pinecrest and is quarantine for two weeks. Today I heard the patient down the hall that there is a family member to the nurse, that is Quarantine TOO. just today I heard that she/him had a vist today and up to 6 people. While we over here following the rules for only two people at a time and 2 time a week. Next they were giving my family members pills that she took already. She ask for a pill list of what she takes. They never gave her a list. So she had to look through her doc notes! She is in there for therapy. She only had therapy onces. Staffing are rude. Asking when we are leave on our time cuz the nurse had appointment and would like to leave. She is on our vist time! Our family will be taking our family out of ther

This is the facility where Aunt Jessie received extremely high quality care when living alone at home became too much for her to easily do.
