Best Friends is absolutely amazing. From the Front desks to the Doctor, they are all carrying and compassionate. Ashley is truly an angel on earth and has helped us through many difficult situations. Your animal will have the best care at Best Friends.

I love this clinic. They take great care of my 19 year old diabetic cat. I highly recommend them for all your pet care. Very caring staff too!

The staff is amazing. The vet was rude. She never introduced herself to me or even explained to me what she had needles in her hand for, until I asked her who she was and what she was planning on doing. I brought my 11 year old golden retriever in for a 2nd opinion. I really feel it was a wasted trip. I paid 200 for the appointment. There was some medications on there and she also ran a lames. Which I told her it was not lames. She rolled her eyes at me. I will never step foot in that clinic again. Nor will I recommend it. The best thing was the 2 vet techs. So nice. If it wasn't for them, I would have given her a 1. Don't waist your time her find a vet that has a heart and wants to treat animals like they deserve to be treated. We absolutely love Dr. Kate! She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly dedicated to her work. From the very first time we called, she and her team stood out as the only clinic that was genuinely helpful and caring. When our dog had a bout of diarrhea, the she personally gave us advice over the phone and it worked perfectly — all without charging us a dime or having us come in. That kind of honesty and care is rare. She's amazing with our dog and every animal we’ve seen her interact with — always gentle, patient, and loving. On top of that, she squeezes people into the schedule when they need help or show up for their appointment a day too early.
