This place is warm and caring. Many of the cnas are caring and take good care of my husband. The only things I can say negative are missing clothes at times, and the food which is starting to improve.

I would give this place zero stars if I could!!!! From day one it’s been terrible. They do not care about your loved ones. Runnnnnn!!!! Our Dad fell twice , feces on his bed, in laundry inside big bags stored in his bathroom. Nasty room , some nasty attitudes from CNA’s. They look you like you stink or something. No one from shift to shift knows anyone so when you need an immediate issue addressed, no one can tell you who’s responsible. I’ve been there hours and no one will check on my dad even when he presses the button. I will have to go get someone. He stayed in his mess overnight and was so distraught he said he wanted to die due to the poor care. I don’t know how this place is still open. He’s going home and we can’t afford it but we will have to figure it out as he’s be

very nice facility! staff is amazing and rehab team is wonderful I would personally recommend to anyone looking for long term or short term care.

Mi padre: Administración General Pine Crest Health & Rehabilitation Asunto: QUEJA FORMAL POR NEGLIGENCIA Y CONDICIONES INADECUADAS A quien corresponda: Por medio de la presente, presento una queja formal por negligencia grave en contra de su institución relacionada con la atención brindada a mi padre durante su estancia en sus instalaciones. Mi padre fue admitido en su centro de rehabilitación, y durante aproximadamente tres días no recibió la atención médica adecuada. Esta falta de cuidado puso su vida en una situación crítica. De no haber sido por la visita oportuna de su esposa, las consecuencias pudieron haber sido fatales. Este hecho no solo demuestra una grave negligencia por parte del personal, sino también una alarmante falta de supervisión y protocolos adecuados de atención
