Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center

I am deeply grateful for the compassionate care the nursing staff and entire team at Pilgrim have provided my sister who has been in long term care for several months following a stroke. The physical and occupational therapists, nurses and aides have been kind and patient, while guiding our family through a difficult time. Any questions or concerns are always addressed quickly and professionally. Can't say enough about the activities team who are never lacking in positive vibes and always warm and welcoming. Hardworking team doing very special work!

Wonderful nursing/rehab facility. My mother has had to rehab here three times now and every time has been very beneficial for her. The staff are very caring and attentive. She was well taken care of and loved the food. Anything she needed I would just have to ask and it was taken care of right away. My father also had a stay here a couple of years ago and did very well here. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I visited a very close friends family member ( their mom) who had to be placed here. As a nurse myself, I knew of this facility but never heard much either way good or bad about it. Then I visited.....well for a small place, what a wonderful little facility. From the cnas who are the backbone of these types of facilities and do labors of love everyday, to nursing care, activities , their meal prep help and all people in between. I was very pleasantly surprised. The care the residents who are totally dependant receive is downright amazing. I was very impressed to see how well the "care" is for the residents who are the most vulnerable. Clean, neat, happy, legs and heels elevated , patients dignified and respected, etc. Its 2025 and its excellent to see a facility that survived covid and man

My stay here was really good, the nurses cnas staff management were just so kind. I picked a good place, I was a wreck when I first came in I didn't know what to expect but the admissions director came and saw me when I got here and made sure that all my questions were answered etc. this place helped me a lot and I am thankful for everyone at Pilgrim that assisted me getting back home safely.

I was only there for 2 weeks and was treated with respect and experienced friendly and helpful staff. When I had concerns or issues because of my complex recovery needs they were addressed promptly and professionally. thanks again.. much respect Mike...
