Sue and her team are amazing! From the greeting at the front desk to hearing tests. Sue really makes sure you are aware of what the steps are and working through them. As a life long deaf person, these tests were part of my childhood. She made it clear to me, she values the person she’s helping. I highly recommend Sue. She has a client for life from me.
