Pilates Center of Huntsville

This is the place!! Let me start by saying I never thought about Pilates before or thought it was something I’d like. I didn’t even know what it would be like before I started looking into it. I found out that I have diastasis recti (abdominal separation from pregnancy) I learned that therapy/exercises could help minimize it but surgery would also be my option. I started looking into the exercises that could help me and I kept coming across Pilates. So I decided to find out more about it and started looking into studios close to my work. I wanted a smaller scale studio so that it had a more personal feel and could hopefully get guidance from the instructor on my issues. When I found the Pilates center it felt like a perfect fit for me! Jenny was my first teacher and was very knowledgeable

A great place for movement! They are the best at working with clients to restore range of motion with a holistic approach. All kinds of different classes based on customer needs. They are truly special.
