Piedmont Urgent Care

The front desk was so sweet pulling out all the options for check in when I thought my phone had died in all my chaotic/sick energy. I was able to get checked in swiftly thru their online portal and get pulled back within the hour I arrived. The tech ran all the tests necessary and educated me on cost and what my insurance covered throughout the process. I was able to get a prescription for my sickness - easy to fill - at my pharmacy and I’m already feeling better after just one dose. This morning started out hopeless and tough, but Dr. Judith Dennis and her cool Doc Martins got me upright and well taken care of today. There were no unnecessary conversations, and she was super thorough with the checkup and urgency to getting me on the up and up.

I stopped for simple problem. I am out of state visiting my sister who is having radiation treatments. I was hoping to be in and out quickly and I was. The staff were all very nice and professional. Grateful for my care

We had a great experience at this urgent care. The front desk, nurse, and PA were all polite, efficient, and personable with my 6 year old. We were in and out in minutes with a prescription ready for us at CVS by the time we arrived to pick it up. Will definitely use this location again.

Waited for almost 3 hours, for over an hour in the room. I opened the door because it was feeling claustrophobic. We had been in there for so long. 20 minutes goes by, the doctor finally comes to our room takes two steps in, grabs the door knob and says this door needs to remain closed, shut the door and left. We waited a little bit longer, but no one ever came back. There was no explanation, no hey I’ll be with you in a few minutes. Just completely rude. Front staff was amazing. Loved the girls love the nurse. As I was leaving I told the front staff that I just thought he was really rude And she commented that I had been there for so long was I sure I wanted to leave? And I just wasn’t going to be seen by a doctor that rude. She told me the door had to stay closed for HIPPA reasons -

Nurse and Doctors were great! Just great! The only reason I can't give their service 5 stars is the receptionist on 2/21 at 11:45am was about as sullen, rude and uninterested in her job as anyone I've seen in years.
