Piedmont Urgent Care

The staff was amazing! They were very helpful. They went above the required care to make sure I was comfortable. There was almost no wait time, and I was finished within an hour.

The wait was long, even with an appointment, but much quicker than a 3 day wait for my primary care. However, the staff was polite and efficient. The medical providers were thorough with reviewing my medical records, diagnosing my illness and prescribing while carefully considering other medications and issues.

I went today at the Piedmont urgent Care in Rome Georgia on shorter avenue. Everyone was very nice and I will seen in a very timely manner. The nurse that seen me her name was Leslie and she was very nice and took her time and asking me all my questions and I was very pleased with the way I was treated by her. And the doctor her name was Mandy and she very attentive and I really appreciate her taking the time that she took with me. It was a very pleasant visit and I will tell others that this is the place to go if you need to be seen and you don't want to go to the hospital or your regular doctor you can just go to there. they really do take care of you. And thank you all of y'all.

We have used this urgent care for a few years now and I don't recall a time we've left disappointed. Great staff and great doctors! I love being able to make an appointment online and them honoring that time frame!

My experience with Piedmont Urgent Care was perfect. I was seen by Sandy Barnes who listened and showed compassion. All staff were friendly and wait time was no more than 10 mins. Facility was exceptionally clean.
