Piedmont Urgent Care

Our experience here was really great! The wait time was not bad, and everything was efficient. We were in and out within 45 minutes (X-ray included). They were very child friendly and great with my (4 yo) daughter to make her feel comfortable. I was impressed overall

The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. I was a walk-in and I waited about 20 minute's to be called back. Not bad. But, once they decided to do an X-ray, I waited for 45 minutes for that to happen. Then, after waiting a while, they said the radiologist hadn’t looked at it yet but they gave me a brace, sent me home, and about an hour later I got a text message with the results. So, my opinion is to make an appointment ahead of time.

Great experience. I made an appointment online. Once I arrived there was no wait, I was taken back immediately. All the staff were very nice and professional. The facility is very clean. I was very impressed! Great job!

This is my second time and I don't regret it. Organized and efficient, with an schedule that you can make online (pretty accurate), with a professional and friendly team, they explain everything they're going to do, including the tests needed to determine your diagnosis. They treat you well, and if they have the medication you need at their location, they provide it at their price. They then contact you to give you the results of your tests if any. Recommend specifically these are the days when you least expect to feel unwell, or when it's a holiday and everything is closed. This clinic is very convenient.

Wow is all I can say. Couldn’t get into see my doctor and tried Piedmont Urgent Care. Was able to make an appointment on line, register and then walked in. No sooner sat down then they called me into the exam room. The NP was quick, direct, and knowledgeable. Did the exam, diagnosed my problem, and sent prescription to my pharmacy. Two days later, I’m feeling much better about my health and about Piedmont Urgent Care!
