Great experience! Easy to schedule an appointment online. Once we arrived, they were able to reschedule us to a slightly earlier appointment. From there, we were seen quickly & given information as to a diagnosis & medication. We were in and out in less than 20 mins. Service and care were top notch. Thank you!

From the front desk, to the MA, Lisa, to Dr. Guy-Craft, I was treated so well during my time of need. Thankful for my experience at this Piedmont Urgent care. When they have every reason to rush while they’re busy, they took the time to be thorough and answered every question I had. I felt very seen and listened to in my time of medical need. If I could rate higher, I would.

She has had a stomach virus for a few days no. Once I arrive to the front desk, the receptionist explained to me that I had a co-pay. She also stated that I had a balance that needed to be paid. I agreed to pay the copay and balance. I declined to put my card on file. Again, I agreed to pay the money that was due. The receptionist stated that since I declined to put a card on file(for Piedmont to charge at their discretion), I now have to pay a $210 fee plus the copay. I was told this is a NEW POLICY(Jan. 2026) that ALL Patients with ALL INSURANCES will have to go through. At this point in time, my 4year old is now ACTIVELY VOMITING in the main Lobby. My daughter hurt her ankle late one evening, this facility was one of the few that was still open(7:45 PM). The wait was minimal, the staff was very friendly and efficient. My only complaint was with Peidmonts online registration. I entered my name, email, and phone number 4 times, this was after giving it to the lady at check-in. Outside of that, we were in and out in 30 minutes, I will be back. Hopefully not too soon. :)

It was so easy to make an appointment online and the availability for today was great. From the front desk to seeing Chloe was a breeze. Thank God because I wasn’t feeling well at all! I would highly recommend this urgent care!
