Piedmont Urgent Care

Shevis is amazing!!! She advocated for me and stayed on the physician to put in the order for my X-rays. Everything she did was performed with professionalism and accuracy. She was so gentle with my foot, ankle and wrist. She’s a star!!! I’ll definitely come back for other needs.

Was an overall terrific experience. Each of the three individuals I dealt with were very professional and pleasant. Though I was feeling crappy they did their best to make me feel comfortable. The NP was on top of my condition quickly and got me some relief with an inhaler. Was happy with that result. Thank last to all.

I had an excellent experience with East Cobb Piedmont urgent care! The appointment process was easy, I was seen quickly and everyone was very professional. I even got my prescription right there at a reasonable cost. Dr. was excellent, overall crisp operation.

Medical care good. Operational function not so good… 3 prescriptions not sent to pharmacy, I delivered one paper Rx in person, dr had to call pharmacy after I alerted that RX not there- so 7 hours later second one called in. Third was supposed to be electronic transmission but pharmacy didn’t receive any elec- so third one never sent. At 7pm I decided to just skip it (9:45am appt). So medical care good, but the rest of the process needs work.

I had a sprained ankle and went here for care and it was really great! Everyone was so nice and so respectful of my injury. Things went fast and I got an xray and needed a boot and crutches. They even helped me to my car. I would recommend them and will go back if I need to in the future!
