Piedmont Urgent Care

This is my "Go To" urgent care clinic. Every experience has been positive. From check in, through triage, and ultimately with the diagnosis and treatment from the P.A.'s, the professionalism is evident. The staff truly make you feel like they care about helping you to get better. What I really appreciate is that you are in and out as opposed to going to an emergency room.

Piedmont Urgent Care is an excellent option for medical care. I was able to book my appointment (within the hour), to register online and upload all information at home. When I arrived I was seen within 5 minutes. The triage nurse was friendly and kind. The PA was very thorough and was able to identify my issue. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Piedmont Urgent Care on Zebulon Road

Great service and experience as always. I actually had a doctor that took a pro active approach to what I went in for. I was going out of town and I had started feeling bad and I did not want to be caught sick out of town. The physician said I tested negative to everything but want to treat me as if I had something so that I don’t get sick. It was really great to know she wanted to be proactive instead of reactive.

I had the pleasure of being well taken care of by Grace from the front office, Rita from the clinical team, and Latasha was my PA and they were all amazing! Latasha took her time with me and made me feel so comfortable the entire time, answered any question and never made me feel rushed. Rita was so sweet, kind, and caring. She just made everything so smooth and was so thorough with everything. I loved leaving knowing that I was leaving better than when I came in and their teamwork made me feel at ease the whole time. Thank you to all of the ladies there!❤️

Reviews of medical places is so important and I feel like this one needs to be said. I have been to the Piedmont Urgent care in Milton/Alpharetta so many times (probably about 7x) and every single time whether it was for my kids my mom or myself, I have had an A+ experience by every person that I came in contact with. The place is comfortable to be in, the receptionists are kind and professional, the nurses who could actually be RN’s LPNs or Med techs are more knowledgeable about what questions to ask pertaining to your symptomatology and know the drug names of the common drugs than those working at doctor’s offices and even some of the RNs working in hospitals, crazy! I couldn’t remember the name of one of my new and the young lady taking my medical info was able to rattle of a few med n
