Piedmont Urgent Care

We had a great experience at this location. The office was extremely clean, the entire staff (reception, nurse and doctor) were very professional, thorough, communicative and kind. Service was prompt and everything was explained, with no questions or confusion for us. I will certainly come back with any urgent care needs. Thank you!

I had a great experience with my visit. I was treated with dignity and no one made me feel invisible. i received excellent care. No stone was left unturned. Piedmont Urgent Care, Bells Ferry Rd. is also the most clean medical facility that I have seen in a very long time. They met all of my needs.

Typically I go to this location and the service is ok. The wait is normally long even with appointment. This time I was floored bc I needed a urine test (the simple dipstick one) and an examination for a potential virus (vrs sinus infection) and I was told to pick one service. I was told to make another appointment and come back later for the second item. So upon peeing in a cup I spend a total of 20 seconds with a provider and now I am going to a place that can treat me not like a collection of body parts and get a proper medical care. Do better, piedmont. My entire appointment would have been under 10 minutes and now I have an all evening run around bc of your bureaucracy.

Disturbing, Disturbing, Disturbing. That’s all I can say. This place had me wait for OVER 3 hours to be seen !?!? I understand things happen, but this staff didn’t give me a warning or heads up or at any point let me know things are delayed and maybe I should reschedule. Instead I hear nurses giggling and laughing in the back having the time of their life. So unprofessional and this place needs to be shut down. Zero stars if I could

No one wants to go to a Urgent Care facility....but my experience today 2/22/26 was perfect. I was greeted by Maygen at the front desk and that was smooth as silk....then Tony took my vitals and ended up giving me my steroid shot to help with my poison oak.....Brittany J and Brittany (without the J). all made sure my visit flawless. Great job done by all. Kenny Black ☺️
