Piedmont Urgent Care

Wow! What an amazing group of staff at this location! I went to another urgent care on a Sunday night & had exam & diagnostics done only to be told the didn’t have the medication. Needed to get from a pharmacy… which is closed. With my rising temp, I had to go to a second place who had a pharmacy to have everything done again (protocol) to get the prescription that was crucial I started right away. Piedmont Urgent Care was SOOO kind when I called despite them closing in 45 minutes. When I arrived at 7:30, they greeted me with a smile & got me in immediately. I repeated all of my diagnostics because legally, that’s protocol. They were so thorough throughout my exam, didn’t skip any steps despite it being close, & every single person had a huge smile. I was pleased with my visit. I did have to wait a bit but I didn’t know about the online availability. I’m from out of town so. I would have booked online before going so I had to wait until the others were seen. Staff was great! Doctor was great! Really appreciated that they were able to fill my prescriptions there. That was a real plus! Especially when you aren’t feeling well and are not from here. Thank you! Cameron, RN

I was very much impressed with your staff at your location Mount Vernon and Dunwoody Georgia. Dr. Thomas was wonderful and the nurse that minister to me was great. I don’t remember her name, but it began with an R she was wonderful. Very professional and very caring – I love that

I came in with severe pain, and the front desk lady was incredibly accommodating. Most places have a nasty attitude, but she was calm, patient, and made me feel taken care of from the moment I walked in. The nurses were also very sweet, empathetic, and gentle throughout the whole visit. I really appreciated how supportive and professional everyone was. This urgent care made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Highly recommend.

The ladies there this evening were wondering from the moment of my check in until the very end. Dr Miller was very warm, patient and kind. She made me feel seen and heard, same as the check in clerk to the nurse. Thank you ladies for a great experience .
