Piedmont Urgent Care

Took my son there today for the first time and all the staff was very welcoming. Marcella greeted us with a smile and made registration a breeze. The nurses, Shayla, Kendra, and Shea was very attentive and also treated us like we were the only ones in the office. To top it off The NP, Tracy Pollock, really showed true compassion for my son and made sure she listened and went above and beyond to make sure our issue was addressed. All together I give them a 10 out of 10!!!!!

Had a great experience with Piedmont Urgent Care! Everyone was super friendly and caring. I saw Mr. James Coleman, PA and he was the best! Explained everything so I could understand and provided excellent care!!

We were traveling and needed a quick care. Everyone at the Dublin, GA Piedmont Urgent care were so helpful and kind. I saw James Coleman and he was very thorough. Did all he could do to get us back on the road and sent my prescriptions in so we would not have to wait. Good visit.

I would give 5 stars if they solved the issue... I took my insignificant other to this urgent care and all they give was something for nausea... They facility is clean and does offer WiFi and check in process is simple and they do offer walk- ins which is a plus and do accept Medicaid but.... They stated if the problem continues to happen to take him to the ER for further assistance.

The receptionist is very nice and caring, she checked on me twice while I was waiting. The staff were through and took care of me quickly. An excellent experience.
