Peachtree Immediate Care - Dublin

The night before my appointment, I was able to go online, see available time slots, and easily schedule the appointment I wanted. I also completed the pre-registration ahead of time, which made check-in the next morning incredibly smooth. When I arrived at 7:40 a.m., I simply gave my name, paid my co-pay, and that was it. The wait in the lobby was brief, and I was taken back to see the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time. She was thorough, attentive, and truly listened, which allowed her to quickly determine the root of the problem. From start to finish, I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend them.

Horrible service. Barely give you the time of day. The lady at the front barely speaks or looks at you. They take your co-pay what insurance doesn’t pay, then send an email and just charge your card without sending anything else. The email came to my junk mail so wasn’t aware of the charge until it hit my account. They had my date of birth wrong, you can’t call because everything is automated so I had to drive back to the office because the automated service wouldn’t recognize me because my dob was wrong on there end. Called to discuss my bill. Fought with the automated phone service for 5 min. Would highly recommend going elsewhere. I would rather pay out of pocket and go anywhere but here!

Staff was courteous and very efficient in providing assistant in getting my DOT physical. Also the receptionist was a pleasant face to see at the front desk. Also I love the fact that my medical card was uploaded saving me time

At age 90 I am thankful that I have an immediate care facility to attend. Three ladies handle my need to be there. All three were competent, professional and pleasant. My examination for a possible upper respiratory infection was though. A treatment plan was explained to me, written instructions were provided, prescription were placed and a follow up appointment established. The whole process was seamless. I recommend them without reservation.

The staff were very friendly and informative. The wait time was very short and the care was very thorough and very quick. I am an existing patient and will definitely stay that way. I recommend this urgent care to anybody. Will definitely be coming back again.
