Piedmont Urgent Care Center at Baxter Village

Today was my first visit and I would highly recommend this Urgent Care center. The front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful. The Doctor was polite and professional. And one of the most important - they were right on time. I was in and out within 25 minutes. I would highly recommend!

Everyone was exceptional, from the receptionist out front to the nurse, NP and doc in the back, you are all exceptional! I was feeling the lowest of low when I arrived there. Mortified & the most embarrassed I've ever been in my life. You all were so kind and understanding! I was traveling through and made it to my next destination 2 hours later, feeling so much better. Thank you all & your beautiful souls from the bottom of my heart!!!

Worst facility I've ever visited. The only decent part was the receptionist upfront. She was the most friendly person and the lady that took me for an x-ray but that only happened because I asked for an x-ray. I went in concerned that maybe I had pneumonia, but there was no testing done no bloodwork no Covid test no flu test no nothing I was complaining of shortness of breath chest tightness, and extreme exhaustion to the point of passing out while I'm standing up! At this point, this is why people either stay home and die or abuse The ER because they try to do the right thing and go to urgent care and this is how they're treated. I spent over 15 years in healthcare, and I have never seen such horrible healthcare in all the years that I have been alive. I've never seen an urgent care that

Staff, Dr and nurses were all very nice, professional and right to it! I appreciate the radiologist also, XRay was read quickly and thoroughly. Im happy I chose to go to this urgent care!! Great experience!! From checking in at the front desk to getting seen, to leaving!! Perfect!

A+ Service at Baxter Urgent Care, as always! Quick on-line registration and quick turn around with Physician! Attempted another Urgent Care in Rock Hill, but my visit was cancelled because they wouldn’t treat a minor burn! I should have scheduled with Baxter all along! Many thanks again!
