Piedmont Urgent Care

I highly recommend this urgent care. I brought my 4 month old here and we were taken care of in a timely manner and great care. Kourtney did a very thorough visit. I am very happy and pleased with our overall experience here. Not only were they great at their job, but Josie took customer service to the next level. It started pouring rain and she went to get her umbrella to walk my baby and I out to the car so we didn’t get wet. Thank you ladies for caring.

I stopped by a few days ago and the service I received was by far THE BEST. I always prefer to go here because the team is consistently kind and helpful. The doctors are always warm and welcoming as well. It’s very kid friendly as they have crayons and coloring books to keep them busy. It’s very clean and just a good experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and care from the initial phone call to my check-in at the front desk with Stephanie, to the triage nurse, doctor and entire team. They are professional, very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate them going out of their way to ensure I was being billed accordingly and not overcharged. Piedmont Urgent Care recently treated my husband after he fell from a ladder while working on our house gutters and ended up breaking a rib. The nurses and staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They assisted us quickly, took care of his medical needs with professionalism, and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Fast, reliable, and truly excellent service. Highly recommend!

Very nice urgent care facility and great customer service with excellent patient care. Mrs Erica is amazing knowledgeable and excellent. She treated my mother with a kindness and excellent patient care. Thank you for all.
