Piedmont Urgent Care

Came in th Holcomb Bridge location at 1:30. Checked in. At the 3 the front desk told me we had to leave because the doctor was going to lunch. Upset, but agreed and rescheduled for 4. It is 4:30. I approach the desk only for Kali to tell me the nurse has gone to lunch. This is malpractice for sure. They know I have to stay now….been 30 minutes with nobody back there. No wonder they are short staffed, I wouldn’t want to work in this chaos either Avoid at all cost, death is nearby for this location Time stamps below! Update: I’m met with the provider and the nurse who had apparently seen that I had already done the review in the waiting room and we’re very accommodating. Apparently neither one of them told her they were taking lunch. I’m not really sure where the communication breakdown Was.

This was my first appointment at Piedmont Urgent Care. I found every aspect exceeded my expectations. Friendly professional staff, very supportive. Dr Andy addressed all my issues, did the appropriate tests and returned with a plan of care. I will continue to return to Piedmont Urgent Care and recommend without reservations.

Dr Van Horn and the other professionals were great. The nurse that helped was so nice, I believe her name was Mekisha. She explained everything so well. Front desk person was also very nice and easy to work with. Recommend this office highly.

Efficient, quality care. Clean surroundings. My concerns were listened to; I was provided with treatment that matched my symptoms. Ms. Gray was Knowledgeable, careful in pinpointing the issue and meeting my needs. Good experience; I would recommend Piedmont Urgent care to others.

I have been at many Urgent Care clinics across United States, and I usually don’t leave reviews as I am known for my high expectations. This time however, I was amassed by the level of care I have received from Piedmont Urgent Care. I was received by Dr. Gupta and was blown away her level of professionalism, bed side manners, and emphatic attitude she provided me with. I will definitely trust Fr. Gupta gain with my and my family’s health.
