Hold on to your wallet. A simple office visit to test for the flu was $695, with insurance. Do not give them your insurance card/information. They will use it to charge you up to three times what it would cost if you paid out-of-pocket (cash), ridiculous. Example, charged $269 for a rapid Flu A & B/Covid test. Cost of the test from Walgreens, ~$12, cost if you self paid (paid cash vs. insurance), $84. Cost for Office Visit, $370. Self pay cost (cash), $210. Request both the insurance price and self pay pricing in advance. Once the request for charges goes through your insurance company, they will proceed to collude with the insurance companies to inflate the costs above what is realistic and reasonable. I will never patronize them again.

This location has been my go to for years for myself and my kids. There is almost never a long wait. While you don’t constantly see the same staff, they have always taken care of my family. I took my husband there and they immediately sent him to the emergency room. He ended up have emergency surgery.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I had during my visit. I had never been to this particular location before and I highly recommend it to anyone needing high quality medical care.

Nothing but Great!! I wend for a suspected UTI! My BP was very low, heart rate was high. Had a kidney infection instead and was given a shot and antibiotics! From check in with Brittany, my med assistant Lyndon and the nurse practitioner Erin Beasley I feel that I was given The Best medical care!!! I will definitely use this Piedmont Promt Care location again! I experienced little wait time and excellent medical care! Thank you so much!!!

My daughter was injured at school the day after I paid for the K&K Insurance through the school for injuries at school or during sports. The very next day she fractures her ankle at school! Nurse told me to go to Piedmont Prompt Care so I did. I asked the girl at the front desk before she was seen if they would take this insurance & I was told yes. Now someone else in that office is telling me they don’t accept this insurance! $253 bill! Will NEVER GO here again. This was our go to Dr office when needed. Never again! I carried my daughter into the office because we were in a hurry to get in to be seen bc I had to work. When they called us back, the nurse said “you can get a wheelchair” and she pointed at the room for me to get the wheelchair myself and she stood in the doorway and watched
