Piedmont Prompt Care at Butler Creek

Horrible! I brought my mother in with a heart problem. The front desk was Horrible to us, and they told us to have a seat.The front desk was so Rude! Seemed they didn't even care! If you love your family AVOID this place! The whole front end staff needs to be restrained! NO COMPATION AT All FOR PATIENTS!

The front desk staff and nurses were nice but, the light/brown skinned tall with a low cut fake security guard that sit at the front little desk as soon as you walk in is very weird and rude(mr charles). As soon as we came in he waited until we got to the front desk to tell us to turn our electronic down, when he could’ve said that when we first came in and instead of saying to turn it down he pointed instead of being verbal and using his words like a grown adult. When we went up to go put in our insurance information, our 3 year old accidentally dropped the pen on the front counter, the fake security guard walked all the way from his desk to pick it up and stare at us like we threw it down on the floor. A patient was also on the phone loudly and he didn’t he bother her or say anything to

The doctor is great, young white guy I’m sure he’s a PCT he was very polite. The women at front desk and in back are rude and attitude is nasty to be working with the public. Not smart enough to realize the patients are the reason they have a job. Just the most unprofessional women EVER!

While working away from home, I found myself needing to get medical care for a stubborn cough that I couldn’t shake. Did a quick google search and found this place that I knew absolutely nothing about. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated as well as anywhere I have ever been. From the receptionist to the assistant that diagnosed my condition, I cannot speak highly enough of them. Great experience and will definitely go back when I’m in the area and need medical attention. Thank you all for taking care of me and getting me back on the mend!!

Love the front desk staff! Doctor Patel was awful, she didn’t listen at all and my chief complaint was “I feel like I have the flu”… she never tested me for anything and I had to repeat myself at least three times during the visit. The MA the triaged me was not listening either.
