HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was referred by my PCP to this group and ultimately refused the referral due to the fact that their intake is ridiculous. After sending them 41 pages of records from my previous urology doctor, they then require that imaging be sent when all the notes and imaging reports show a kidney stone is present. I will NEVER go here!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I feel blessed to have Dr Beard as my urologest. I don't feel I am rushed in and out. However, I am not kept waiting in the lobby or the exam room for an extended period of time. Dr Beard explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I wouldn't consider any other urologest to treat my bladder cancer.

Dr. Bear and his medical team are the greatest. For you to be going for a dr. visit they make you feel like you’re talking to people you’ve known for a long time.

I was greeted by staff who was very friendly. They were all very friendly and organized. Dr Bear was very patient friendly. He was very knowledgeable and listened diligently. He also laid out his plan to me in detail. Would recommend Dr Bear, his nurse and his office staff to everyone.

The staff, techs, nurses, doctor very friendly ,pleasant folks. Take time to hear problems, very good explaining treatment plans. Very comfortable place to be when not feeling well.
