Dr Gregory Mitchell is the most personable, knowledgeable, and respectful urologist. He is very thorough and has expertise in robotic and laparoscopic surgery. I couldn’t have asked for a better urology surgeon.
Dr. Mitchell was kind, informative, polite and friendly. My concerns were listened to and addressed. The office staff was polite and kept me informed that the doctor was a little behind schedule, and when the Dr. would be in to see me. I appreciated the heads up.
Dr Mitchell is one of the best. He listened to my concerns and made sure I understood every health issue that I was there for. If I could give a million stars 🌟 I would. Thank you Dr Mitchell for helping me feel like someone cares 🩺🤗
Dr Mitchell was very detailed in explaining things, listened to my questions and answered each one. The staff were very welcoming.
Terrible service, I showed up for my appointment at 3 pm, they said I was 30 minutes late because I was a new patient and I needed to be there 30 minutes early. They wouldn't even see me and said I need to reschedule. Terrible experience
