Piedmont Occupational Medicine

I am thankful for POM (specifically your PT dept.) helping me get my life back after a work injury! As a (Piedmont) healthcare worker, I was just assigned where to go and who to see and was very anxious and also in much pain! It is also hard to receive assistance when you are used to being the one teaching and guiding and comforting clients. Everyone I have encountered has been helpful, and I appreciate the ease with scheduling appointments. Ms. Cindy is AWESOME and does a great job interacting with ALL of her clients (because I pay attention to details)! She individualizes her plan of care to meet specific needs, and she has brought back calm to me from chaos and pain! Anytime you apply for a CDL position you’re gonna have to go take a drug screening test. I will have to say I was blessed with a young man named Angel. He has a wonderful personality and talking with him it felt like he was some kind of family I’m sure that the people he works with look at him as part of their family Piedmont occupational medicine should be proud to have him as an employee. It was a great morning but thank you Angel for making it even a better day. 😃

Idk why all these reviews are negative.. but I just left on a SATURDAY, when I say the wait time was maybe 10-15 minutes which is expected.. I was literally IN and OUT. Everyone was so pleasant , helpful and nice!! From the front desk clerk, to the nurses , to the brown skin/ light skin pretty girl that did my drug test. I recommend this location for everyone. Don’t trust negative reviews I did not wait 1 hr. I wasn’t even there for a full 40 minutes.AGAIN on a Saturday!

Everyone was so nice and down to earth all smiles everything was explained to me as its being done plus the facility is very clean..

I wish I could give them zero stars, HORRIBLE SERVICE and wait! The documentation has errors and outdated information. They literally put a strike through a word instead of editing the template. My wait was over TWO hours for a physical and drug screen. This is my first and hopefully my last time having to visit this place. Caduceus USA has never had poor service like this.
