I arrived at the ER at 4:00 a.m. due to pain in my right leg, tingling on the right side of my face, and a severe headache. Triage and the admission process went smoothly, and I appreciate that portion of the visit. However, once I was taken to a room in the back, the level of care significantly declined. I was told a nurse would be in shortly, but no one came in for approximately an hour. When the nurse finally arrived, I was informed that I would be sent for an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot in my leg. After he left, I received an IV and Tylenol about 45 minutes later, but there was no update regarding the ultrasound. At 6:30 a.m., the nurse returned, noticed my IV had finished, and asked if anyone had taken me to ultrasound yet. The answer was no. I explained that my leg pain was r

We took our grandmother to ER and she was later admitted and they kept her overnight. I experienced kindness and hospitality from the moment I walked thru the door. Security and reception were very kind and well informed. All of the nurses and doctors were extremely kind. They were very gentle , compassionate , professional and well aware of what they were doing. I was also happy to see diversity at this hospital. I was overwhelmed by the great sense of joy at this place. I went to website to look at this hospital’s values and it read “We've earned our reputation by treating patients and their loved ones the way we'd want to be treated. By listening and genuinely hearing. By alleviating pain by also alleviating fear.” They are standing on business. It did my heart well to hear Dr. Wright

Piedmont Newnan took EXCELLENT care of my husband. They were quick and very efficient in the emergency room. He had all the tests needed within two hours of being there and was admitted in under four hours of being there. Once admitted he received phenomenal care from the doctors and the nurses. His nurses were Nikki, Delkei, Lucy, Simone and Lindsay and they all treated him with A+ care. The main patient care technicians that took care of him were Alejandra and David. They were both caring, kind, accommodating, and quick to get the nurse if we needed her. Everyone we met at Piedmont Newnan from the doctors to the nurses to the patient care technicians to the case manager to the clinical manager to the phlebotomists to the dietary team were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with on gett

Worst hospital ever! I thought I was having a heart attack. The ER nurse told me to "just live my life" and shoved morphine into my arm. Doctor gave me breathing treatment. I threw up from the morphine for the rest of the night. I felt worse than after my visit. Three days later, I had to have a stent in my LAD, aka the widow maker. So glad I didnt listen to the "just live your life" nurse. Next visit, I was put in a closet (that they pretended to be a room) for 4 hours in the ER and able to listen to doctor/patient conversations. What happen to HIPPA? I think I finally learned my lesson.

Do not take your family here! After a friend had a major surgery (an organ removed) all this hospital was focused on was getting her off IV pain medications to be discharged and made her feel like her pain wasn’t valid. No empathy or understanding for her loss, literally had an IV ripped out of her arm, unprofessional Dr’s with no bedside manner at all! Unwilling to listen or understand the patients needs and concerns just wanted to clear the bed for the next money making patient! Stay away!!!!
